This is a really good sharpener.
This is a great sharpener. I have brought all of my regular kitchen knives back to a razor's edge. It is quick and intuitive to learn. I just started with one of my old cheap kitchen knives and after 2 pulls, I had a feel for it. It seems to give them a clean even edge with no wobbles along the blade, and the fine polish gives them a professional feel. I am still a little hesitant to sharpen my chef's knives with it, but I probably will at some point after I have sharpened my other knives a few times.

Excellent Item
I have been looking for a decent knife sharpener after purchasing a much advertised one for around $80. It was a total useless item and I was wondering where to now. I spent a few weeks finding all about knife sharpeners and looked at many until I finally found the TIMERIAL. When I received it I spent some time reading the excellent directions and found out exactly this is what I had been looking for all the time.
